Steam Roller by Topchevsky, Morris (1899 - 1947)
Color etching, aquatint and drypoint.. Signed in pencil lower right margin: "M. Topchevsky"; inscribed in pencil lower left margin: "To Pete to the past and future work. Top." A fine impression in fine condition, aside from small pin holes in the margins, not extending to the image.
